Our client, a leading manufacturer is seeking a Kitting Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a servant leader who thrives on continuous improvement, team development, and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical staff and union representatives.
• Lead and support team members to meet daily production goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper training in safety, equipment, and 6S standards.
• Set and track performance goals aligned with operational metrics.

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, Kanban, and production scheduling.
• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred)
