Job Description
The Blender Operator will be responsible for mixing and batching raw materials that go into dairy products. This role involves daily operations such as filling material, restocking product, and following instructions with precision.
Responsibilities
- Work with templates showing what is being mixed for the line each week.
- Ensure accurate measurements and maintain a clean workspace.
- Fill materials and restock products as needed.
- Follow instructions clearly and with attention to detail.
Essential Skills
- Strong math skills and calculator proficiency (1-2 years in a manufacturing environment).
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. repetitively.
- Attention to detail and instruction accuracy.
- Blending or mixing experience (1-2 years).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production, mixing, blending, forklift operation, general production, food production, sanitation, and machine operation.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Basic math skills and good attention to detail.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and well-organized Food Processing & Packaging facility. Shifts available include 3rd shift (12-hour shifts from 6pm-6:30am) and 1st shift (12-hour shifts from 6am-6:30pm), with a rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the following week (36 hours & 48 hours). Flexibility is required for the rotating portion of the schedule.

This is a Permanent position based out of Elma, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.60 - $22.60/hr.
