If you have a heart for serving others and want to work for a company that truly cares about you, then we want to hear from you!\n • Caregivers start at $22.15 - 24.60 per hour base wage, depending on experience.\n • Shift differentials are offered for swing and NOC shifts.\nWe have one full-time, benefit-eligible position available:\n • NOC (Overnight) Shift\n • Friday through Monday\n • 2:00-10:30pm\n • Shift differentials offered!\nExperience preferred, but we will train the right person.\nIdeal candidates must have the heart and dedication for serving others, as well as:\n • Be committed to and passionate about customer satisfaction\n • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment\n • Be an outstanding team player\n • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent/ Be able to read, write, and speak English\n • Must be 18 years or older\n • Must be organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating, with ability to communicate well\n • Ability to respect the confidentiality of all clients/staff\n • Good public relations skills; ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, volunteers, staff, and the general public\n • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliable, ethical.\nBenefits: IND200\nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
