Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Substation Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of electrical substations, ensuring that all systems meet industry standards and client requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and a proven track record in substation design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical substation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical substations.
• Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for proposed substation projects.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
• Review and approve designs and specifications developed by junior engineers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in electrical substation design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical substation design.
• Strong expertise in Electrical Substation Design with a proven project portfolio.
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering Design principles is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
