ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project a friendly attitude towards our guests.
• Assure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Protect games according to the casino rules and state gaming regulations.
• Maintain the spirit of teamwork and cooperation with all dealers.
• Insure that the games have bank rolls appropriate to game limit and play.
• Regularly examine the dice, cards, and equipment and replace when worn, in doubt or on a regular basis.
• Observe dealers performances and when necessary take appropriate action.
• Insure that any and all information is passed to the appropriate supervisor.
• Settle disputes promptly and cordially, referring to the Shift Manager, those that are difficult.
• Maintain all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with the $500 loss limit in accordance with Missouri Gaming regulations
• Maintain proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards
• Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
