Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to provide high-quality care to individuals in need. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their overall well-being. The Care Provider will work closely with clients, their families, and other home care professionals to deliver personalized care tailored to each individual's needs.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

THIS CLIENT HAS 40 hrs. a month. 3 days a week You and the client can pick the days shift is 10:30a-1:30p Being late/tardy can or will call for replacement. LOOKING FOR A FAST START ASAP. 7/14/2025
We are open Saturday 7/12/25 11am-2:30pm to get this position filled!!!

We may have other openings in Detroit, MI & surrounding areas. (Allen Park 48101 is the Main Priority)


Must be willing to come to Southfield, MI for onboarding some will be done online!


Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Dispense medication
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping

Qualifications

• Champs Provider ID a Plus
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years experience
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
• First aid and CPR-certified
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heaving objects
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
