Our success has created additional opportunities for our customer base both in product availability, as well as cost effective items for production. With that attainment, CGS Tool is requiring an expanded sales staff to satisfy both internal and external goals.
The offered position(s) will require”
- The ability to prospect for future users of CGS Tool end mills, from various sources, both internal and external.
- Making outbound “warm” and cold calls to introduce CGS Tool as well as securing information from the “prospect”.
- Utilizing sales strategy, available literature, both “hard and electronic to further your opportunities for success.
- A strong ability to schedule and follow up timely sales opportunities.
- A “closing” attitude that leads to new business.
CGS Tool is looking for the following background that you may possess, to attain the next level:
- Industrial cutting tool sales experience is required.
- 1-2 years telesales, customer service/call center experience preferred.
- Ability to self- manage the sales cycle, from potential identification to initial contact to first and subsequent orders.
- A strong ability to be an “order maker”, as opposed to being an “order taker”.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, ACT customer relationship management) and QuickBooks.
