Hiring HVAC Technicians
Job Description
We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for residential service and installation work. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations of work performed
Essential Skills
- HVAC service and installation
- Diagnose and repair of HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Installation of new HVAC systems
- Sheet metal work
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Section 608 Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- NATE Certification or equivalent (desired)
- Experience with smart thermostats and home automation systems
- Familiarity with ductless mini-split systems
- Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge

Work Environment
Work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, with potential weekend shifts and an on-call schedule in the works. You will work in and around residential homes all over the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
