Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, focusing on commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate these to stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report to stakeholders on progress and any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with PEMB, Structural Steel, and Metal Building projects is a plus.
