We’re looking for skilled Finishing Machine Operators who are eager to make a real impact and advance their careers in a hands-on production environment. While experience with equipment like Bobst, Sanwa, or Kluge is helpful, what really matters is your mechanical aptitude, reliability, and collaborative spirit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and run finishing machines independently or with minimal supervision
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot basic issues
- Maintain equipment by cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating it for optimal performance
- Safeguard equipment, materials, and company property Complete job tickets and documentation accurately
- Coordinate with supervisors and teammates to meet production schedules
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Minimum of 6 months operating print finishing or similar production machinery
- Familiarity with Bobst, Sanwa, or Kluge machines is a bonus
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to solve problems efficiently
- Close attention to detail and ability to follow instructions/job tickets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
