We are seeking an Electronic Assembler to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Shift: Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
Overtime is available after training is complete to be able to work on Saturdays!
The job site is in Garland near 635 & Miller Rd.
Summary: Accurate assembly of electronic subassemblies and systems according to engineering drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Crimp, screw, bolt, rivet, solder, cement, press fit or perform similar operation to join or secure parts in
- Perform point to point wiring of electronic assemblies per wire list
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
- Mount components such as transformers, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and sockets on chassis, panel or printing wire board
- Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in case and cabinets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of dexterity and eye coordination
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in a supervised environment
Physical Requirements
Must be able to see, stand, sit, squat, bend, climb, reach, grasp, work hand tools which includes: crimpers, wrenches, pliers and screw drivers
Lift 35lbs regularly
