Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Mountain View, California. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring all moving parts align seamlessly to achieve organizational goals. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen interest in artificial intelligence and a proven ability to manage evolving projects.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate workflows and ensure all project components are aligned and progressing as planned.
• Manage staff capacity effectively, delegating tasks to optimize productivity within resource constraints.
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Organize and maintain project calendars, keeping track of deadlines and deliverables.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and maintain flexibility in planning and execution.
• Provide strategic guidance on ambitious project plans, ensuring feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize project management tools such as Asana to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and other key initiatives.
• Monitor project performance and propose adjustments as necessary to stay on track.• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong expertise in formal project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana to track and manage workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully launch products and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to manage calendars and deadlines.
• Proven capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and maintain flexibility.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
