Typical Schedule Availability:
McKenney offers flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle and availability:
- Part-Time Morning Shifts: 8am12pm, 9am1pm, 10am2pm (great for retirees or parents during school hours)
- Short or Split Shifts: 23-hour AM/PM options
- Average Shifts: 46-hour AM/PM options
- Extended Shifts: 712-hour day or overnight shifts

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility
- Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring; report changes promptly
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed; follow dietary restrictions in the Care Plan
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, general tidying)
- Offer companionship and engagement conversation, indoor/outdoor activities, community outings
- Complete accurate documentation of tasks using the WellSky app
- Provide safe, reliable transportation for errands or appointments
- Follow care plans and supervisor or nurse instructions carefully
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
- AHCA Level 2 background check (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR certification (in-person required; offered through our office for $50, valid for 2 years)
- TB test (PPD or lab within 6 months) or chest X-ray within 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
- Professionalism, strong communication and documentation skills, and consistent reliability
