NOW HIRING: Part Time Coach/ Trainer
Looking to grow as a coach in a supportive, community-focused studio? Alloy Personal Training is hiring passionate trainers to lead small group sessions (max 6 clients) and help adults over 35 move better, feel stronger, and love fitness.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The ideal match will coach between 10-12 hours per week. You'll be leading our team in sessions. You will need on-the-floor skills with clients, as well as experience working with the age group of 35-70 years old.
COMPENSATION.
$28 per Hour

YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY.
As a Coach, you'll spend roughly 10-12 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions in our studio. Any free time, will be helping with small tasks for studio maintenance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate small group personal training sessions with great technical coaching and connecting with clients to create a best-in-class training experience

Assist Director with community-building, local organic marketing, and turning prospects into members

Other duties as assigned
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
-
Must hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)

AT LEAST 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions

Experience in presales or other applicable fitness-related sales

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Computer literacy
