We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Records Request Specialist to support our Client Services team. This role is responsible for requesting, obtaining, and reviewing medical and pharmacy records needed for case support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and comfortable navigating online vendor portals and documentation systems. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN MOUNT PLEASANT!!
17.00 per hour during the trial period of 3 months/520 hours.
Requirements:

High school diploma required; related degree preferred

1–4 years of experience in a law firm or medical field preferred

Strong knowledge of medical terminology

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
