Pay: $19.00/hr - $20.50/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
A well-established manufacturer in the lighting industry is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join its production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and solder low-voltage LED products
- Read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and BOMs
- Inspect and package finished goods
- Receive, stock, and stage raw materials
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
- Perform inventory checks and notify leadership of low stock
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred
- Experience with soldering
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
