Position Overview: Swing Shift
- Pay: $20/hour to start
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM-2pm-10:30
- Location: Sparks, NV
- Work Environment: Clean, bright, and climate-controlled warehouse
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or schematics
- Use measuring tools accurately (such as tape measures, calipers, etc.)
- Operate hand-held and electric tools with precision
- Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
- Work efficiently and safely in a team-focused environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in assembly, light manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Dependable with a solid attendance record
- Ability to take direction, problem-solve, and work independently
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and reading technical drawings
