Were seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Controls Manager to lead & support our refrigeration systems team. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in supermarket & commercial refrigeration controls, & a passion for optimizing performance &energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, programming, & maintenance of refrigeration control systems.
• Troubleshoot & resolve issues with control platforms including:
  • CPC (Computer Process Controls)
  • Micro Thermo (MT)
  • Danfoss
  • Other industry standard systems
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Construction, & Energy teams to ensure system reliability & compliance.
• Train & mentor technicians on controls best practices.
• Estimating on new projects
• Manage vendor relationships & ensure timely upgrades & repairs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in refrigeration controls management.
• Strong working knowledge of CPC, MT, Danfoss, & similar platforms.
• Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics & control diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or industrial refrigeration environments preferred.
