We are seeking a full-time Store Associate to join our team at our Baytown, TX location. As a Store Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, building strong customer relationships, managing inventory, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. This is an on-site role that requires active customer interaction and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The shifts are 9a-3p or 3p-9p. We are open 7 days per week. Pay starts at $9/hour.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Loyalty, and Communication skills to engage customers and provide an excellent shopping experience
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Store Management to drive sales and ensure the efficient operation of the store
- Ability to work effectively in a team, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
- Prior experience in or strong will to learn a retail or customer-facing environment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of beauty products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
