Structural Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Analyst to join our team, focusing on the analysis and design of structural components for aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced analysis techniques to ensure the safety and performance of spacecraft and satellite structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structural analysis and design of aerospace components using FEA techniques.
- Utilize ANSYS and FEMAP for modeling and simulation of structural integrity under various conditions.
- Perform thermal and dynamic analysis to evaluate the performance of structures in different environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical design with structural requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of analysis results and design recommendations.
- Support testing and validation processes to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in structural analysis, particularly in the aerospace sector.
- Strong knowledge of FEA software tools such as FEMAP/NASTRAN preferred or ANSYS
- Familiarity with CAD software for design purposes.
- Experience in structural dynamics and thermal analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
