We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can manage multiple moving parts and have experience with Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritization and Planning: Collaborate with team leadership to determine project priorities and develop a weekly action plan.

  • Team Coordination: Work directly with shift supervisors to assess their team's capacity for completing key installation tasks.

  • Material Management: Partner with our Materials Coordinator to track and verify the availability of necessary components for project completion.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site audits to ensure accuracy of component lists and project specifications.

  • Inventory Control: Manage the organization and labeling of salvaged parts to ensure they are properly identified and tracked.

  • Supplier Communication: Interact with the purchasing department to monitor incoming shipments and pre-plan for future projects.

  • Continuous Improvement: Support any additional activities that enhance communication and data accuracy to improve project planning and execution.
