Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Overland Park, KS for a lead Foundation Repair Foreman. The foreman will oversee and install foundation repair products and manage a team, ensuring the completion of projects related to foundation repair. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, leading the safe operation of heavy equipment, maintaining tools and equipment, intalling all types of foundation repair profucts and ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols. Clear communication with team members and customers will be essential to ensure successful project execution. Base pay is $40.00 hr
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and compliance with safety procedures
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients
- Ability to work in a physical, active environment and solve problems on-site
- Previous experience in foundation repair
- Expericance installing- push piers, helical piers, waterproofing systems, wall restraints and repairs
