Location: Spokane Valley, Washington
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter Foreman to lead a team on dynamic construction projects across Spokane Valley. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing form construction, monitoring panel pours, and ensuring all work aligns with blueprints and specifications. You’ll play a key role in tilt-up, cast-in-place, and general construction efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of laborers and carpenters on-site.
- Ensure construction forms are built accurately to specifications.
- Supervise and assist during panel pouring to meet blueprint standards.
- Participate in various construction tasks including tilt-ups, cast-in-place, and new builds.
Essential Skills
- 2–4 years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tilt-up and cast-in-place construction.
- Familiarity with new construction projects and concrete work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
