Job DescriptionDiversified is hiring an Experienced Production Lead for a manufacturing plant in Waxahachie.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the production process and ensure that production targets are met. Develop and implement production schedules to optimize productivity.Monitor production equipment and ensure that it is in good working order.Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.Train and supervise production staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively. Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall company objectives.
Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Knowledge of production equipment and processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Work Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production environment
Compensation:$18/hr 2nd Shift -Please keep in mind that training will be during the 1st shift
