• Contract Duration: 13 weeks\n
• Shifts: 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) per week\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2010 - $2160\n
• Patient Ratios: 1:4\n
• Charting System: Epic (Epic experience preferred)\n
• Scrub Color: Any color (ED scrubs provided)\n
• Parking: Free on-site parking\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Oregon RN license (pending license accepted)\n
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience\n
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS\n
• Epic charting system experience preferred\n
• Proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation, multisystem organ dysfunction, central line care, IV sedation, vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, ABG interpretation, ventilator management, isolation precautions, and triage\n
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed\n
• Reliable vehicle required for assignment\n
• Ability to float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals\n
• Two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years required\n

\n\nER RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department\n
• Perform triage, assessment, and stabilization for trauma, stroke, cardiac, pediatric, behavioral health, and infectious disease patients\n
• Administer medications, manage IV drips, and provide advanced airway and ventilator support\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and social services\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic\n
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols\n
• Participate in orientation and required training modules\n
• Float to other units or sister facilities as needed to support patient care\n
