You’ll partner closely with our researchers, analysts, client engagement, and operations teams to keep projects running smoothly, risks visible, and communication clear. What You’ll Do:
- Own project delivery from start to finish - ensuring clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, maintaining reliable visibility into status, ownership, and risks.
- Maintain accurate project records in Salesforce, ensuring critical fields & data collection targets are up to date.
- Contribute to portfolio reporting- identify patterns, capacity constraints, and risk trends across projects.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on priorities and maintain predictable workflows.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on progress, changes, and next steps.
- Ensure appropriate resources for all deliverables, coordinating with the Capacity Manager and other PMs to align team availability & priorities.
- Identify and resolve blockers early, supporting troubleshooting efforts and escalating to the right stakeholders when needed.
- Help support consistency within the PMO by following and helping refine shared processes and tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, surfacing workflow pain points and proposing practical, scalable fixes.

- Proficiency with a project management tool (Asana preferred), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience:
- 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PMP certification a plus
The base salary for this role starts at $65,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
