- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project schedules.
- Assist in the management of budgets and resource allocation for construction projects.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and developments.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in construction practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
