The Table Games Dealer is responsible for all aspects of dealing assigned games (i.e. Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, etc.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safeguard assets of the company
- Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
- Exchange currency for gaming chips.
- Collect bets and pay winning wagers
- Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards.
- Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to successfully complete math basics test and display adequate gaming skills. Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commissions License. LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. COMPUTER SKILLSMust have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
