Job Title: Small Engine Mechanic – Lawn Equipment

Location: Naples, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to join our team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining lawn and garden equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and other small engines.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair small engine equipment (2-cycle and 4-cycle)
Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, blade sharpening, and part replacements
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist customers with equipment questions and provide basic technical support
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Small Engine Mechanic or similar role
Strong understanding of small gas engines, carburetors, and fuel systems
Ability to use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
