Job Summary:We are seeking a bilingual and detail-oriented Production Lead Assistant to support our operations in Carrollton, TX. This is a hands-on role responsible for helping manage production teams, maintaining workflow, and ensuring safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be E-Verify eligible, capable of managing materials and supporting lead responsibilities, and dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Production Lead in all day-to-day production activities
- Assist with managing production teams of 10–15 employees to meet output goals
- Ensure materials and equipment are available and organized for production needs
- Monitor and help enforce safety and cleanliness protocols throughout the shift
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished goods and report issues promptly
- Help document production data and provide shift updates to supervisors
- Follow and promote 5S+Safety workplace organization standards
- Respond to production issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Support the team with additional operational needs as required
Required Experience:
- At least 3 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience supporting team leads or working in a leadership capacity preferred
- Familiarity with quality control, safety protocols, and shift-based production work
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience in packaging, warehousing, or light industrial operations
- Background in bilingual team environments or cross-shift coordination
- Exposure to 5S, OSHA safety practices, or ISO standards
Required Skills:
- Bilingual – English and Spanish fluency required
- Must be E-Verify compliant and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures
- Familiarity with team leadership or supervisory support
- Ability to follow and implement 5S+Safety protocols
