Responsibilities:
- Set up feeders and reels on the CCA manufacturing line according to production schedules and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate tracking and availability of materials.
- Move products and materials within the production area to support various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, equipment, or production processes.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment for setting up feeders and reels.
- Understanding of machinery operations and maintenance procedures.
- Accuracy in setting up equipment and conducting inventory reconciliation.
- Identifying and addressing discrepancies or issues in production processes.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials up to 28 pounds as required.
- Performing physical tasks related to moving products and setup procedures.
- Years of Experience Required: 1-2 years
- Desired Skill Sets: Proficiency in using CMES and SAP for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Accurate documentation of setup and inventory activities.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve setup or operational issues.
