\n\nCVOR RN Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience (scrub and circulate roles)\n
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)\n
- Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile technique\n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills\n
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment\n
\n\nCVOR RN Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases\n
- Scrub and circulate for diverse cardiovascular surgical procedures\n
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
- Maintain strict sterile technique and infection control standards\n
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care\n
- Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in CVOR nursing\n
