Painter Job Description
Reports to: Director of Facilities
Summary of Position: This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness and safety of the Hotel and Property grounds.
Job Duties:
- Uphold Coyle, Forbes and all Service Standards.
- Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, well groomed, and ready to be in position.
- Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.
- Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Organizing and maintaining paint and engineering shops
- HVAC filter and preventive maintenance
- Light engineering duties as assigned- paint touchups, room repairs, general maintenance all within modified restrictions.
Summary of Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to but not exceeding 20 pounds.
- Kneel, bend, crouch as required.
