We are seeking a Retail Sales And Floral Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling floral arrangements, gifts, and services in a retail setting. You will be an enthusiastic brand ambassador and key point of contact for our clients both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment
• Explain flower availability to customers as they select their order
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Communicate incoming orders to floral team
• Route floral deliveries
• Manage incoming emails

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm Monday-Saturday
