Location: Big Lake, MN
Shift:
1st Shift | Tuesday–Friday | 6:00am - 4:30pm
2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00pm - 2:30am
Pay: $24/hour
💼 About the Role:
As a General Production Worker, you’ll be a key part of our production team, operating rubber injection molding machines to create high-quality products. You’ll load molds, dip them into rubber, trim excess material, and perform quality checks to ensure every piece meets our standards.
This is a repetitive, physical role that requires comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout the day. If you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that gets things done—this is the job for you.
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
- Operate rubber injection molding machines
- Load and unload molds and parts
- Trim excess rubber and inspect finished products
- Repeat the process for each mold with precision and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Big Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
