We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals with experience in metal finishing, including sanding, polishing, and grinding. As part of our production team, you will play a vital role in shaping and finishing high-quality metal parts and products.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools (grinders, sanders, buffers) to finish metal components
- Smooth welds, edges, and surfaces to meet quality and safety standards
- Inspect parts for defects and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in metal grinding, sanding, or polishing preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable using power tools and working in an industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and good work ethic
