We operate the Mojito Collection and other growing brands, and also produce private-label programs for major retailers throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Production Manager (Apparel)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)

Natural Collection Corp. is hiring a Production Manager to oversee apparel production from sampling through final delivery.

About The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating manufacturing processes to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring product quality standards, supervising production staff, and maintaining workflow efficiency. The Production Manager will also foster a safe and productive work environment and collaborate across departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apparel production experience (required)
• Experience with production planning, process optimization, and operational management
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, quality control, and compliance standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide production staff
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage resources efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required)
• Experience in manufacturing or production operations; prior leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilites

• Manage production workflows from sample approval through inbound delivery
• Coordinate with domestic and international factories and suppliers
• Maintain production calendars, lead times, and delivery tracking
• Troubleshoot shortages, delays, QC issues, and production interruptions
• Work with design, sourcing, warehouse, and operations to execute timely releases
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and improve production efficiency to support margin and performance targets
• Ensure bulk goods match approved samples and meet quality requirements
• Support cost management and margin goals across SKUs and seasons

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour (based on experience) + performance-based commission for hitting quality, cost, and on-time delivery benchmarks.
