We are seeking an Order Entry Assistant who will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system, answering the order line and handling orders that come in via phone, fax, email and mail.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Answer order lines and assist customers with their orders in a professional and pleasant manner</li>
<li>Accurately enter new orders into computer (via phone, fax, email and mail)</li>
<li>Verify order details for accuracy and completeness</li>
<li>Make any name, address and product changes to orders</li>
<li>Offer any specials or promotions, if applicable</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Training provided</li>
<li>Computer knowledge </li>
<li>Must be friendly and professional </li>
<li>Motivated with strong attention to detail </li>
