We're Hiring: Production & Supply Planner | On-site | Fridley, MN
Transcend, Inc. is a fast-growing medical device company on a mission to help people live healthier, happier lives through better sleep. We're transforming sleep therapy with our ultra-portable CPAP devices—and we need a detail-oriented, action-driven Production & Supply Planner to help scale our operations.
What You’ll Do
- Translate forecasts into production schedules & supply plans
- Manage suppliers, purchase orders & inventory levels
- Collaborate across sales, engineering, quality, and logistics
- Drive product launch readiness & resolve material issues
- Track KPIs: inventory turns, OTIF, and production adherence
- Ensure compliance with FDA & ISO 13485 requirements
What You Bring
- 5+ years in planning, sourcing, or procurement
- Experience in medical devices or other regulated industry
- ERP fluency & Excel mastery (pivot tables, dashboards, etc.)
- Strong problem-solver who can own projects end-to-end
- Great communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team
Bonus points for:
- Class II medical device experience
- CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM certification

- Salary: $70K–$100K depending on experience
- Full-time role, reporting directly to operations leadership
