Job DescriptionBatching Operator-- Mooresville, IN - $20 per hr.

5am-5pm 12 hour shift

*This position is contract with an opportunity to be hired permanent*
Job Summary:
Integrity Trade Services has a resin manufacturing company that is currently seeking Blending Operators to facilitate the manufacturing of resin. Operators will be responsible for staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products. Blending Operators also ensure machinery and reactors operate adequately. We are looking for experienced, energetic, and dynamic laborers who can perform in a plant working environment with varying climates seeking to progress with an industry leader to take our company to the next level in terms of quality and environmentally safe products.

Schedule:

• multiple shifts available
• Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

• Load reactors with materials (chemicals) in various stages.
• Monitor and observe process to ensure the flow of process is not interrupted.
• Monitor control boards that control process temperatures to meet specifications.
• Perform sampling and testing on hot resin to ensure products meet specifications.
• Ensures the work area is clean and free of debris.
• Responsible for moving materials to staging areas.
• Adhere to safety guidelines dictation of the handling of materials in a factory.
• Ensure that deadlines are met.
• Report issues or problems to immediate Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Complete daily tasks as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist in other departments as needed; cross training provided.

Qualifications:

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Blending/mixing experience (1+ years)
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• General math.
• Must pass drug and background screens.
• Fluent English required

• Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 to $22.75 per hour.
