Food Truck / Mobile Kitchen Construction Technician
About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Technician to help build and assemble custom food trucks and trailers. This position involves installing kitchen equipment, electrical and plumbing systems, and ensuring every unit is finished to code and client specifications.
Responsibilities:

<li>Build and assemble custom food trucks &amp; trailers.</li>
<li>Install kitchen equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.</li>
<li>Assist with welding, fabrication, and ventilation installs.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair equipment during the build process.</li>
<li>Follow blueprints, safety guidelines, and health codes.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years experience in fabrication, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trade.</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.</li>
<li>Welding and food service equipment knowledge a plus.</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented and safety-focused.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English - Spanish)</li>
