CNC Brake Press-Operator/Setup
Skilled CNC Brake Set-Up Operator with experience preparing and operating press brake equipment to produce precision-formed metal parts. Proficient in reading blueprints, selecting proper tooling, performing set-ups, adjusting machine parameters, and conducting in-process quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Position –CNC Brake Press-Operator/Press
Job Location – Waukesha, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 3:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $75,000-$80,000 Annual Salary

Required Education – BS Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
Required Experience – 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing
Responsibilities
-Set up and operate a brake press for routine established work
-Load, install and correctly set up required tooling and program for job
-Report and document, material, production and quality issues
-Make routine decisions using problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues
-Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level
-Perform forming operations with tolerances of +/-0.010” routinely
Qualifications
-HS Diploma/GED required
-3+ years of experience in custom fabrication/metal press forming
-Ability to read/understand blueprints/shop drawings
-Excellent attendance, teamwork, and positive attitude
