What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for helping to manage, train, and lead a team of technicians and crew chiefs.
- Responsible for making sure all required documentation from the field is completed and correct.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Helping to maximize payments from insurance companies
What We're Looking For In You!
- 5+ years of restoration field experience
- Proficiency in project scoping
- Experience with large loss scoping
- Advanced knowledge of the IICRC standard
- WRT and AMRT certifications (ASD preferred)
