Job Description

Conduct all work in accordance with Safety Rules & posted procedures.

Responsible for the curing of the solid rubber tires as directed by the Supervisor.

Responsible for the final inspection and finishing of all Solid tires produced as necessary.

Maintain all the equipment, molds and supplies required for the manufacture of the solid tires.

Assist with Mold change prep. & Mold changes.

Sort scrap rubber as required.

Clean and paint molds.

Gather base bands for production.

Keep the appropriate records for the tires produced, type manufactured, amount of rubber used and total scrap rubber.

Maintain a high level of housekeeping in and around the Solid Plant to help maintain a safe, healthy and orderly workplace.

Responsible for building solid tires in accordance with the specifications provided.
