<p>Annuity Specialist needs 5+ years</p>
<p>Annuity Specialist requires:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience with fixed and fixed index annuities</li>
<li>Strong understanding of surrender schedules and annuity product structures</li>
<li>Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated and proactive in identifying client opportunities</li>
<li>Experience with insurance carriers, IMOs, or broker-dealer platforms (preferred)</li>
<li>Insurance license (215) required; Series 65 or equivalent a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable discussing financial products and upgrades with clients</li>
<li>Motivated by client success and long-term outcomes</li>
<li>Collaborative and professional in team and partner interactions</li>
<li>Evaluate current annuity holdings to identify upgrade or exchange opportunities</li>
<li>Accurately calculate and explain surrender fees and implications to clients</li>
<li>Clearly communicate annuity mechanics and upgrade benefits in client-friendly language</li>
