Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze raw materials, product and process data from various systems and materials testing
- Respond intuitively to data trends and anomalies, ensuring process control
- Provide support for the Quality Management System
- Contribute to maintaining company ISO certification
- Engage in the corrective action process, based on data interpretation
- Establish new and evaluate appropriate quality tests and procedures
- Address quality issues with the appropriate management parties
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or mathematics with some background knowledge of materials and/or mechanical concepts
- 1-5 years of experience in Quality Control environment, specifically in an ISO environment
- Strong interpersonal skills - communication and teamwork skills
- Advanced understanding of statistics and Statistical process control
- Ability to utilize computer software to analyze data and produce reports
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing Ability and willingness to learn
