Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop production techniques for new products.
2. Produce and verify parts as outlined in procedures and work instructions in the department manual.
3. Develop tool fixtures.
4. Provide technical support to all departments as required.
5. Demonstrate ability to train and coach.
6. Make Supervisor/Plant Manager aware of changes needed to process routers and procedures as necessary.
7. Make Supervisor/Plant Manager aware of safety issues and concerns.
8. Perform general housekeeping duties as directed.
9. Perform duties as directed by Supervisor/Plant Manager.
10. Dispose of scrap material as directed. Authorization to scrap material must be approved by Supervisor/Plant Manager.
11. Make Plant Manager aware of any non-conformance in product.

Job Comprehension Requirements:

• Must be able to Read, write and comprehend job duties
• Must be able to perform your job duties while being safety oriented
• Communicate well to Engineering, Quality and Plant Manager
• Must be able to read and comprehend Blue Prints
• Be able to build new Jigs and equipment for new work orders
• Be able to read job descriptions and manuals as needed on the job
• Good Housekeeping skills
• Must have basic knowledge of ISO
