Position Summary

RJW Logistics is seeking an experienced and strategic Recruiter to support the hiring of leadership roles within our Warehouse Operations teams. This includes critical positions such as Supervisors, Assistant Managers and Managers across multiple functions within the Warehouse org.

In the role you’ll help identify and attract the leadership talent that will drive operational excellence across our growing network of warehouses. With multiple new sites launching there is no shortage of hiring needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Warehouse Operations leadership and HR to identify current and future hiring needs
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for supervisory and management-level positions across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, industry networks and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for leadership roles as new facilities come online.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with RJW’s operational goals and culture.
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing consultation and support from requisition to offer.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on warehouse, logistics or supply chain leadership roles.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc).
