- All rates are all-inclusive. This includes base pay, overtime, holiday pay, shift differentials, and any other applicable costs unless otherwise specified in writing.

- The hourly rate listed above is the maximum amount that can be billed to ArrowARC.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients with a wide range of physical and psychological conditions.
- Provide emergency care, including medication administration (oral, subcutaneous, IM, IV), blood product administration, and bedside testing.
- Perform phlebotomy, peripheral line insertion/maintenance, and central line care.
- Assist in operative/invasive procedures and care for patients in isolation or requiring special precautions.
- Insert and troubleshoot urinary catheters.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and ancillary staff in patient care.
- Initiate patient education and discharge instructions as prescribed.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation per facility policies.
- Provide psychological support to patients as needed.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Graduate of a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
- All registered nurses shall have at least three (3) years recent prior experience in an Emergency Department or major trauma center Emergency Room with no more than a six-month gap working in that setting.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a high-volume, trauma facility
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
