  • All rates are all-inclusive. This includes base pay, overtime, holiday pay, shift differentials, and any other applicable costs unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • The hourly rate listed above is the maximum amount that can be billed to ArrowARC.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage patients with a wide range of physical and psychological conditions.
  • Provide emergency care, including medication administration (oral, subcutaneous, IM, IV), blood product administration, and bedside testing.
  • Perform phlebotomy, peripheral line insertion/maintenance, and central line care.
  • Assist in operative/invasive procedures and care for patients in isolation or requiring special precautions.
  • Insert and troubleshoot urinary catheters.
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and ancillary staff in patient care.
  • Initiate patient education and discharge instructions as prescribed.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation per facility policies.
  • Provide psychological support to patients as needed.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Graduate of a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
  • All registered nurses shall have at least three (3) years recent prior experience in an Emergency Department or major trauma center Emergency Room with no more than a six-month gap working in that setting.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in a high-volume, trauma facility
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
