Job DescriptionAssembly Mechanics
Shift: Monday - Friday 6AM - 6PM or 6AM-7PM (Must be Flexible with OT)Temp to Hire Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Auto Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Mechanic experience required
Hydraulic Troubleshooting a plus
Must have own hand tools including a TOOLBOX to be considered
Responsibilities
- Mechanics will perform assembly, repair, and maintenance including start up and function testing on a variety of manufactured equipment including but not limited to trailers, skids, and other mobile oilfield equipment
- Troubleshoot, identify and repair problems / hazards that occur during assembly and test
- Utilize fitting, adjusting, and securing maneuvers to build, maintain and repair equipment
- Use various hand and power tools
- Perform other mechanic shop related job duties as assigned
- 2+ years of experience with mechanical assembly work in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with the repair and assembly of heavy equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, and lube oil systems
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and safety procedures
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow basic schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and other engineering drawings
- Ability to read gauges, tape measure and other mechanical instruments
